Agreement to these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms govern the website only. Any engagement between G22 Neural and a client is governed by a separate written contract, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Nothing here is an offer or advice

The content on this site is published for general information. Case studies describe work performed for specific clients under specific conditions; results described are not a prediction or guarantee of results in any other operation.

Nothing on this site constitutes professional, financial, legal, or investment advice, and nothing on it forms a contract or a binding offer to provide services. Pricing is not published and is agreed in writing per engagement.

Consultation requests

The consultation form is for genuine business enquiries. You agree that the details you submit are accurate and that you are authorised to submit them on behalf of the organisation named.

Submitting a request does not oblige us to hold a consultation, and holding one does not oblige either party to enter an engagement. We may decline a request without giving reasons.

Do not send confidential information through the form. Confidential material should be exchanged only after an NDA is in place.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code, and marks on this site are owned by G22 Neural or used with permission. Client names and logos are the property of their respective owners and appear with permission.

You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to this site. You may not republish substantial portions, use our content to train a model, or use our name or marks in a way that implies endorsement or partnership without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, to probe or scan it, to submit automated or fraudulent form entries, to overload it, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.

This site links to external sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Availability and changes

Liability arising from an engagement is governed by the limits set out in that engagement contract, not by these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
