About

Machines built to make people more powerful.

G22 Neural is an AI engineering firm for enterprises across Sri Lanka and South Asia. Manufacturers, distributors, banks, telcos and public bodies come to us when they are ready to move beyond dashboards and generic tools.

The Story

From the forge.

Three thousand years ago, Homer wrote of Hephaestus, the god of the forge, who built golden attendants that could think, speak and work alongside their maker. The first automata ever imagined. Machines built not to replace humans, but to make them more powerful than gods.

We took that idea seriously. The figure that greets you on our homepage is Hephaestus.

G22 Neural exists because South Asian enterprises deserve the same intelligence tools as the world's largest companies, built by engineers who understand their reality and priced for the economies they operate in.

Global AI vendors don't speak Sinhala. They don't understand a Nestlé procurement cycle, a construction site in the monsoon, or a distributor network that runs on WhatsApp. They send generic models and expect local businesses to adapt. We do the opposite. We build domain-fluent systems that live inside your operation, speak your language and understand how your work is actually done.

The best AI doesn’t erase people. It amplifies them.

We build custom AI systems, run them as a managed service and diagnose where AI genuinely pays back. Every project starts with a conversation, and most conversations start free.

Mission
To give every team in South Asia the intelligence tools of the world's largest companies, built for the way they actually work.
Vision
A region where AI makes every employee more capable rather than replacing them, and where the systems that run its industries are engineered by people who understand them.

What We Believe

Four positions we hold.

  1. 01

    AI should amplify, not replace.

A demand planner with accurate forecasts can reshape the business. A site supervisor with the right tools can run ten sites from one phone. A finance team freed from manual reconciliation can close the books in hours. That is the work we build for.

  2. 02

    Domain fluency beats model sophistication.

Knowing which weather index leads a South Asian harvest moved a forecast from around 70% to 97% accuracy. The algorithm was ordinary. Understanding the operation is the part that is hard to buy.

  3. 03

A system in production beats a slide deck.

We scope tightly, build against milestones you can verify and hand over something running on live data. If the diagnostic shows the data will not support the result, we say so before anyone builds.

  4. 04

    Report the misses.

Every forecast we deliver carries the measured accuracy of the one before it. A service that only reports its wins is not a service.

Why South Asia

The gap is fluency, not talent.

South Asian enterprises run some of the most complex operations anywhere: fragmented supplier bases, volatile local inputs, multilingual workforces and infrastructure that rarely behaves the way imported software assumes.

The engineering talent to solve that is already here. What has been missing are firms willing to build for that reality rather than around it. Systems that accept a voice note in Sinhala, that account for the monsoon, that pass an enterprise security review in Colombo and that cost what a local operation can justify.

That is the gap we build into.

Every project starts with a conversation.

Most conversations start free.

Domain-fluent AI. Superhuman teams.
